Careful with the GPS as it could work against you if your video evidence showed you were speeding .

Not sure, had a look and tried a few buttons but it seems to remain there....

That one in the film mark you can turn off the gps there

Just had a quick read of the instructions and it states optional for the GPS but dos'nt seem to give any instructions ...I'll have a go tomorrow see if I can get it switched off.

I just posted This camera based on the price, i thought it may be top-notch as dearer things usually are , but i will go for one that is cheaper off e-bay probs unless you guys come-up with a really good value one

got mine for 30 quid. does a job. doesnt have a gps thankfully...

The mini 0801 is highly rated for the price, afaik you can buy different models of it, with or without gps, extra memory etc
