As many of you already know, the forum experienced a few hours of downtime this evening. We were working on this for a long period of time to troubleshoot and check error logs. We think we have fixed the issue and thank you for you patience.
The problem related to just a couple of the forums had a knock-on effect on the others, so you would have been struggling to load most of our forums during the downtime.
This issue is only related to the forum, and no customers of untold.media, mistore or webporter have been affected.
I personally apologise for any inconvenience and give you my word that I'll be working on this through the night with the server management firm to ensure it doesn't happen again.
