Get your customers on here to leave you feedback in the new sub-forum. If you're worried about your posts being seen by them, then please go to your profile (by clicking on your name somewhere) and click on the statistics tab. Then on that tab page you'll find a link to "find all posts by YOURNAME" - click that and go through your posts and if you spot ones you want moving to the Tilers Forums Arms then please create a single PM with links to them all in and PM me and I'll move them for you.
If you find this is hassle then I'm sorry, I can't think of another way to go about it. I did sometime ago say that you can use two accounts - one for asking daft questions you may not want the rest of us / your customers to see (we'd prefer to see the question answered than to think there's a question not being asked - who cares about the username? - just ask the question).
I understand some of you guys wont want to send your customers here, that's ok too though.
I'd like to think eventually we'll have a few recommendations in there perhaps from tilers not registered on here even - encouraging the tiler growth and customer growth on here a little was my plan with all that.
