Getting wax off of porcelain tiles, having problems

I have bought some 600 x 600 Ellen very light cream procelain tiles from Topps. They have the wax on then and I am having real trouble getting it all off and the tile looking glossy and lovely on what seems like most of them.

I have the stripper solvent from Topps, some of the tiles are cleaning up justt as you would expect, lovely and smooth and glossy, but loads I just can't seem to get all the residue off, they look really smeary. I've been at this for hours and only cleaned up a few.

I thought I would clean off the wax and seal as advised on here before they get fixes tomorrow.

I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Have you tried a scotch pad to help with the emulsifying..?

I've got a scrubby thing a bit like you would use in a shower, non scratching

That would probs work ... maybe the solvent type cleaner should really be an abrasive type cleaner..

Lithofin do one called Abra clean and Aquamix do one called Nano scrub.. they have small particles that help remove the transit wax's..

Aquamix sealing and coating remover is good on transit wax's as well.. all can be found online.

Managed to clean enough up for the floor for tomorrow and have a bunch I'm taking back to Topps, they all seem to have very small raised pimples the ones that won't clean up, maybe I can get them to do it for me to show me what I'm doing wrong.

To clean the was you can try to heat it with a hair dryer which will soften it and make it easier to remove by wiping with a cloth. Keep wiping and polishing with used fabric softener sheets.

I'm sute will work I have tried this on clothes not on tiles. Cover the wax with white cotton cloth and iron the cloth.
