Its no secret that I can be hard to please when getting service from other companies I use. So when I get good service I like to say so.
Courier companies are the pain of my life. Usually they may give you a date for delivery or even Am- Pm option. I recently missed a delivery but was given the option of collecting from a depot...only to have to tell them to within an hour when I would be collecting !!!! Talk about double standards :mad2:

Anyway I have had the pleasure of dealing with DPD UK couriers. I got a message when I ordered my item to say what day it would be delivered and on the day in question, I received an email giving me a time slot of between an hour.

So big :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: to them.

I 've got 2 recent ones that were virtually to the minute for delivery - Appliances On-line, for a fridge-freezer, delivered on a SUNDAY at no extra cost and took away old one FREE OF CHARGE. Nigel O'Hara Jewellers Belfast, great prices and delivered on time with a free gift to boot. Big thumbs up to both companies.
