on my hands and knees on my gravel drive sorting out my broken manhole cover and re setting a new frame dehydrated was stupid i normally drink about three ltrs a day ( of water ) but daughter has been a pain at night so swopped that for about the same of expresso coffee flippin hurting since thursday 3am unless you have had it then its hard to discribe the pain
and ive run out of beer

Cut out red wine and red meat for a while, it will disappear. Take a spoonful of vinegar with honey once or twice a day. Sorted :) Oh, and you won't like it, but alcohol is poison for gout, so is sugar. Gout means your system is too acidic. And yes, it hurts, you're not being a wimp, you just got to change your diet, it tends to be a family trait.

Get to your doctor for a blood test.Your uric acid level may be too high.Slight changes in your diet may help.The doc can also give you a one a day pill.Theres plenty of info on the web.I used to suffer from it,but no more. In my case it was too much of just about any thing i liked.Bummer.
