Gout not grout

if i get dehydrated and im on my hands and knees i tend to get gout in my ankles anyone else had it ? i feel like ive broken my leg today its hell

Lol... as above, problem solved! luckily I've never had it, nor do iI wish to get it.

on my hands and knees on my gravel drive sorting out my broken manhole cover and re setting a new frame dehydrated was stupid i normally drink about three ltrs a day ( of water ) but daughter has been a pain at night so swopped that for about the same of expresso coffee flippin hurting since thursday 3am unless you have had it then its hard to discribe the pain
and ive run out of beer

Cut out red wine and red meat for a while, it will disappear. Take a spoonful of vinegar with honey once or twice a day. Sorted Oh, and you won't like it, but alcohol is poison for gout, so is sugar. Gout means your system is too acidic. And yes, it hurts, you're not being a wimp, you just got to change your diet, it tends to be a family trait.

no red meat no red wine i hate vinegar but its hurting that much i might have to do it

Get to your doctor for a blood test.Your uric acid level may be too high.Slight changes in your diet may help.The doc can also give you a one a day pill.Theres plenty of info on the web.I used to suffer from it,but no more. In my case it was too much of just about any thing i liked.Bummer.

i did have a blood test last time but it showed up as uric acid levels were fine i have read into it and if you are having an attack then its not good having a blood test as the uric acid has already chrystalized in the blood so wont show up

need to have a good bit of advice as its not nice not nice at all

a neighbour of mine suffers from gout. he was told to take 1 spoon of cayan pepper twice a day. put it in a glass of water and skull it. it is discusting but works.

going to docs in the morning first appointment i coul get since last wednesday

and when youve got gout dont go to flippin ikea for three hours still took the pain away from my leg and put it into my soul

have i changed my diet recently ?

yes im eating healthy food and im not drinking beer except for the odd pint plenty of apple juice

thats whats done it the flippin apple juice im sticking to cider in future its better for you
