Floor need to be flat as Kev said. Is it screed or timber? Heated or unheated? and yes wet saw all the way. Seal with something like Lithofin Stainstop MN.

Concrete floor, screeded with Granite tile.
1.Prime ( not PVA ),
2.Set tiles with single part or rapid flexible,
3.Seal Granite with recommended product,
4.Grout with flexible grout.
NB. On larger areas, some form of movement joint may be required. as outlined in British Standard BS 5385: Part3:1989:Clauses 19 and 23.6

Sorry Adam, just for you then mate, in brief......

a. Over existing and/or scructural movement joints.
b. Around the perimeter of the floor and where tiling abuts columns, curbs, steps and fixed plant to base.
c. In larger floor areas tiles should be devided into bays 8-10m intervals.

Where large degrees of thermal movement or vibration are expected, the frequency of movement joints mentioned above should be increased (3.5m intervals are recommended).
