Great day in court yesterday !!

me and the person who is against me had to get two separate expert witness's ,as he would not agree to using the best-guy in the country for swimming pools ,so i got a great guy and he got a very famous organisation, well they did there inspections and expensive tests then there reports, the guy i hired was right -on it ,as i had also supplied my technical thoughts, his guy was crap then charged him £15,000 so the guy against me chucked the toys out, then wanted to hire another expert, which in my opinion was unfair as his new guy would just read my guys report and try to shoot it down, so we both had to go to court to argue our positions , we both hired barristers £1000 for 1/2 hour trial , mine won the day and ,and now has to pick-up cost for both sides yesterday, and he has to go back to his former expert with his tail between his legs who has also started to sue him for none -payment, then he had the cheek to ask the judge for three months to pay cost's lol she rejected this and said 28 day ,so i was on a rare high yesterday, and i have a few more tricks -up my sleeve yet, still under massive pressure of losing everything i have ever worked for, but feeling slightly better :hurray:

Yes he is Alan , clever guy and so personable as well ,i would like to think we have become friends , during our many phone -calls and meetings /banter ,its the in-depth knowledge on a chemical and deep scale that blow's me away he go's way deeper that his guy can !!!!!...... thank god. as i said i wanted a swimming pool guy , but it just so happened that the guy against me chose the area my man is probably the country leading expert -on :hurray:
