A mate of mine has just stepped into his stepdads (running) shoes at the last minute. Normally playing his guitar round pubs and clubs, don't know if he'll make it or not.

Me, too Doug, big time, and with me it's more my right knee, maybe we should do a three-legged race...:lol:

but yes, for everyone doing all charity runs, all power to you, :hurray: and be careful, strenuous exercise when you are not used to it can be SO incredibly dangerous, so take it easy... taking part is what counts, not how fast you are...
