Groups or Organisations that volunteer for needy/vulnerable Discussion ThreadGroups or Organisations that volunteer for needy/vulnerable Electrical Advice

Hello,

Is anybody aware of any UK groups or organisations that volunteer or subsidise trades people to do work for; Low income/Vulnerable/Needy people?

For example homeowners in rundown properties who do not have money to employ an electrician to make safe an outdoor socket or fix a utility room socket which is currently running on an extension lead from another room.

Small jobs that will make a difference to them.

If anyone knows of volunteers, groups or organisations in the UK (South) please can you let me know.

Thanks,

Mark
