Grout haze

In having a real drama with haze on some tiles, the tile being an atlas Concorde glow galaxy, beautiful tile with a grainy texture to it, 3 times over them now with fila acid detergent and there's still haze once the tile dries out, any ideas for me to try?

Do they require sealing before grouting?

No, the instructions on the box do say they must be cleaned with acid after installation due to the nature of the texture, I've took a wire brush to an area behind the vanity unit I can decide if it's effected the finish or not

B & q do nothing like this tile and they don't need sealing,

Are you keeping the acid wet on the tile for long enough? Have you tried the acid neat? At the end of the day, if you've tried everything, and followed the manufacturers instructions, I'd be going back to where you got them, and asking them to resolve the issue!

Gona make the solution stronger and keep it on longer than what the instructions say on the acid see if that works,

I'm a bit late. But hope you did a test area first.
