Grout Issues

Hi I used some black porcelain 60 x 30cm tiles with black grout, sadly the grout has started to loose it colour and is in fact going grey to light grey which looks a bit naff. Is there a pen type of applicator to stain the grout black again?

Does that even work for efflorescence (no idea if that's how you spell it lol!)?

Never tried it but If you cure it first I dont see why not.
