Grout or not

Hi all, when tiling up to edging on a window cill, do you butt the tiles (going up the wall) to the edging, or leave a gap the same as your grout lines and then grout it ?.

leave a gap. i take it you are not using trims

Sorry, yes I said edging, but meant trim, which I am using. Is it still best to leave the gap and then grout ?.

I tend to leave a gap against the trim, others do not, it's just personal choice
