Tiled a stone floor recently with bal grey flexible floor grout , cleaners have gone over floor with cleaning machines which have circular scouring pads which rotate also water is added to process of cleaning .Basically grout lines now are no longer grey but are light in appearence and seem to have lost the pigmentation ,been over light areas with clean wet sponge darkend whilst wet then went back to light colour, dont want to regrout but find a dye or solution to problem. Any suggestions would be appriciated to get back the grey colour, cheers.

This could 2 probs here...

1 as i said polymers....

2 . efflorescence....

Firstly i would try a cleaner..something like Lithofin cement away...good for efflorescence....if this doesn't work then maybe a grout colourant....but firstly i would make a call to the grout manufactures tech line and see what they say...
