Didn't load properly on the phone but from what I saw it looks like a dremel with grout remover written on the side.

I wish I'd seen this two weeks ago! I had to scrape out and re-grout my mother in law's kitchen by hand. Took about 6 hours to scrape it out, and chipped loads of tiles. Not sure if this video is the exact same product, but it looks it. And it looks brilliant!grout removal tool - YouTube
