Just been sent this photo, Customer has just had a Slate look porcelain tile laid...and this is how the 'So called tiler' has left it :yikes:. They want a price to clean 18sqm...They have not paid the guy yet. ricky.jpg

looks like skirtings and arcs have been put on after tiling if you look at the picture and they've been glossed. Customer could have done it. Just cant understand anyone tiling well but leaving grout like that, would have thought there would be more probs than that. I might be wrong.

Well pointed out, can see paint dots on the tiles...

No dust sheets used

Paint stripper could be a good idea

My thoughts were that there was a lot of paint. The worst seems to be round the architrave, but there do seem to be a lot of paint spots in the middle too - have they have tried to clean up unsuccesfully and want someone else to blame?
