Gyvlon screed

[Versatile]

Hi all
Got a gyvlon screed to prep prior to tiling
I've tiled small screeds before and sanded them with belt sander and had no problems
I've got a larger area of around 35mtrs so what do u use to scarify or sand

That's a good price for that, I was in looking at hiring a machine for an anhydrite screed & it was £350 for a 2 day hire..

It was a good machine - I did 250sqm with it and just one 60 grit carbide disc.
Had a vac but it was rubbish. Machine is so slow it keeps 90% of dust on the floor anyway.
Just vac'd after with a henry.

Remember - 60 grit disc.
They gave me a stupid copper disc - so aggressive it flipped the machine over!
