Hardiebacker boards Vs Ply

Hi All,

Just interested in the views of other tilers on this one. Have done 2 bathrooms now with Hardie backer boards and find them really good and wanted to know what other tilers thought of them.

have you used them? Etc

The main reason I used them is that Im still looking to buy my van in the next week and cant fit the sheets of 8*4 ply in my car (using my own Car at the minute. See the other thread im starting for best vans etc.)

ive used both but will only use hardibacker from now on. Easy to fix and cut and built for purpose!
