Hardwall

I am in heavy debate /Argument with a builder and plasterer at the moment. The plasterer has used Hardwall plaster to make a wall good , now they say I can tile to it but the way I have always understood it is that it can only be tiled to after receiving a finish coat. The words printed in teh British Gypsum PDF doesnt make it that clear anyway ???

What they say is any making good, Hardwall, Bonding and browning should have a skim of a thistle Multi Finish before any tiling, the finish dos'nt have be perfect but needs to be flat.

The Dri coat is cement based so will be a hard surface.

2m2 in a shower which will be having Kerdi fitted.

The builder and plasterer probably reckon they know better than you
