and now yOu have me confused, 20 apartments at 100m2 is 2000m2 I guess you mean you are siliconing the perimeters but still not sure ...

yes the perimeters skirting tile=skirting boards made of tile its the norm in europe italy france spain funny that in ireland i tiled many a bathroom with the skirting boards still attached ;now it just doesnt make sense
