Hi everybody, just thought I'd introduce myself, I've just left the forces after 7 years and trained to be a tiler with my resettlement package. I'm just starting out on my own so I've found the forum very useful so far, it introduced me to washboys!

re-settlement after just 7 years - god - you don't know how lucky you are :smilewinkgrin:- sure it was 12 years minimum in my day - or maybe 9 but no less.

I remember when they brought in doing BFT's in training shoes!!

Good luck with your chosen path mate - keep a military baring about you with your potential customers and anything you are not sure off ask on here - a lot of good knowledge on here (but beware of Wivers - he will try and corrupt you :yikes🙂

I have had a lot of help from here - and I am not a tiler!

Welcome Heather,washboys are hard to beat,make sure you have a good one i.e karl damn for trade tiler,its the best iv used yet by far !!
