:welcome:Matt - as I've said before (to others) - 'if it was easy then they would do it themselves'.
We all try to save money - so its not unusual to have to sharpen your pencil if you want a particular job!
There will always be competition and someone will sometimes do it cheaper, but as your reputation grows and the recomendations come in, the job gets easier in 'tighter' times.
If you get involved in the forum (keep posting) and get into the 'Tilers Arms' the members can help guide you with the pricing aspects of the job.
