Hi all,

I have come over from the Plumbing Forum, looks great here,

Any advice on setting up tiling and getting the lines for starting.

I have done several tiling jobs (10-15) but always struggle with getting the same level all around the bathroom.

I am doing a bathroom next week and want to do a really good job and take my time.

I used to but had trouble with one who did wetroom, left a puddle round the waste and the other takes forever and is never available for work.

I used to be a guy that thought, leave people who know what they are doing to do the jobs they know best.

but am fed up of having to ask people back and sort out other peoples mistakes and telling customers that the tiler/ electrician will be there at a certain time, the customer waits in and then the tradesmen cancel on me last minute.

not saying they are all like this, but just fed up of sorting it all out.

what laser level can i get that will give me a line on all 4 walls that is not too expensive?

I have a ryobi one and when going round corners it goes down hill drastically.

Brilliant on straight lines, just wont go round corners.

Hello and :welcome:. As above, laser would help. Also esear if you tile one row of tiles all round,and keep going that way to the top. Not wall by wall (which some people do)
