Hi Shady from the Isle of Man here, starting out with my own building maintainence company.

i have been doing tiling on and off for about 4 years but mainly diy jobs at the house and friends and family so trying to improve my skills all the time.

Also do plastering, bricklaying, and sorting to get qualified as an electrician.

Hi shady and welcome. Starting out can be hard, and you have listed other trades that you do. What are your main qualifications?
Trying to take on all trades can be hard.
I know maintenance company's try to cover all trades, but are you really setting up trying to cover all trades having just worked for friends & family's.
