Help! Cleaning excess grout from anti-slip floor tiles...

Hi

I'm new to the forums. Hello everyone... :smilewinkgrin:

We've just had our bathroom done and we had THESE anti-slip tiles put on the floor. The tiler has grouted them and the job is finished so he's gone.

We are now having trouble cleaning the excess grout that was left behind when he did the work. I wondered if someone could advise as to how we can get the tiles clean and sparkly so that they look good as new? We're having real problems getting rid of the excess grout.

Try some Grout residue remover.. You local Tile Giant or Topps Tiles should be able to help. Just test on a small area before you do the whole floor. And your tiler should of sorted this problem, speak to him he has not done the cleaning properly.

Don't get me started on the tiler. Suspect I'd be banned from the forums for use of foul and abusive langauge... :mad2:

I will go back to Topps and see what they recommmend, but also grateful to hear any other suggestions that people have...

Hi Toby,
There maybe polymers from the grout left on the surfce.If this is the case then you can use Fila PS87 to remove these.

Get the tiler back

And ask him to clean them properly
