Help needed in Greenwich

We have just had a small bathroom tiled. We have requested minor changes to just the perimeter tiles, but the tiler has taken the money and run, even though we offered to pay for the changes, and even though he promised to carry out the changes.
Is there anyone out there who can help? We can send photos and details so you can quote.
