OH dear .... Have you washed the bleach off again? The only real bleach neutraliser (NEVER use vinegar) that is easily available and non-toxic is 3%hydrogen peroxide, you can get it at the chemist. You could try it, worth the couple of pounds or so, but if the bleach has bleached the colour from those tiles - I can't think what tiles would react like this, but maybe someone else can... what colour were they in the first place? It is doubtful that the colour will change back again. Really using bleach on tiled walls is not a good idea as it attacks the grout, too. If the peroxide doesn't do any good I think you may have to look at retiling ...
