Going to see a kitchen floor tomorrow, 22m2. They stated that half has 18mm ply on the beams, one quarter is floor boards and the other quarter concrete...............they want granite which they have not chosen yet, but state it will be topps tiles.

So I have the right knowledge when I turn up, what is the best thing to do with the floor, taking into account three different substrates?

Am I correct in thinking light granite, white addy, dark gray addy?

Thanks, Fred.
