help with a quote

Going to quote a job in the morning and just wanted a little advice from the worlds best! Its an animal rescue centre 150m2 of floor tiling some inside, some outside unsure of the tiles they will be using but im presuming they will be porcelain. Im not inexperianced by any means but have never tiled an area outside before. Anything i should be aware of? What is the best stuff to use? eg should i definatley be going for a flexi adhesive and grout? Cheers

Seen as it's an animal rescue centre then you are going to need an epoxy based grout....there will be urine etc to deal with , and it will be getting constantly washed and disinfected , so will be getting some stick and needs a grout that will stand up to this......

I would use a flexible adhesive then it will withstand all the thermal changes ...

lol.... thanx for the replies. Went and had a look this morning, Its actually gonna be a really nice job if i get it. Floor is perfectly flat and not to many awkward cuts , pretty straightforward. Never used epoxy grout before but looks like that will have to be a definate. Gonna drop him a price round tommorow.
