help with pricing

i got another floor to price but this one's straight forward but as i don't price many jobs and the customer won't pay me day rate i'd like an idea what you'd charge. it's a kitchen (up to the feet of the units and plinths are off) no skirtings and through a doorway into conservatory, no skirtings here either as its a new build. there's no ufh and the concrete screed floor's flat as i put slc down a few weeks ago. the tiles are 450 square porcelain, 55 square metres and they're going down standard set, not brick/random bond. i'm off out for a bit but i'll be back on later in case you have any questions. cheers

About the same as above £1650 all in or £1375 labour only. Basically £30 & £25 per m2.

no it don't need sealing jay, tile suppliers have said that, and they're not polished.

i'd go in at 27m2 incl adhesive and grout if it were me. though prices may be different where you are.

i priced the floor at £900 plus materials , i spoke to the customer today and they've gone with someone who priced it at £700 plus mats. i'm not bothered as luckily i've got plenty on
