hi all ,

just popped in to say hi , well i have taken a 3 month break from my current job and start my nvq 2 tiling on monday 4th june . pretty excited at the same time as thinking wot the hell am i doing . atleast i still got my job open at the council when i finish my course & who knows what after that .

will keep peeps informed

Welcome to the forums and goodluck with the course! I have not long finished a 4 week course and will be going for my NVQ soon as I can. It's worth doing your helath and safety to so you can get your CSCS card, then you can work on new builds etc.

I reckon you will look back in a few years an be glad you went for it!

Any help you need there are plenty of experienced Tilers willing to help! Top guys on here!

thanx for the kind words peeps , i get the health & saftey & cscs card as part of the nvq .

the reason i am going down this route is hoping to move to oz next year and they are desperate for tilers out there .
