:welcome: to the forum dc1
to be honest, it's patchy all over England, Wales and Scotland. even some of our more experienced and long serving tilers/members have never seen it so quiet. there's no one area that seems to be doing better than the rest. over the past couple of years, I've even known some of the lads to take on second jobs to see them through the quiet spells. I definitely wouldn't say to rush over here because everything is great and we know it's just as difficult over in Ireland as we have a number of members from over the Irish Sea.
good marketing of your business and being realistic (but not necessarily cheap) with your prices should be the fundamentals to keeping yourself going through the quiet times.
have a good nosey around the forum. it's a great
