Hello,

New to this forum.
I'm a selfbuilder and have just started another extension, having done one extension and one complete build before.
This extension (54m2) will have a tiled garden room of about 30m2 and a tiled en-suite of 4m2.

The (screeded with wet ufh) garden room extension tiles will have to run in to the existing dining room (10m2), where I have an old timber floor which I will remove and intend to put marine ply.
My concern is where my tiles go from the screeded floor to the timber floor.
What's the best way to prevent cracks there?
Any help is appreciated.
