Hello.

My name is David and I'm Spanish. I worked for a property developer in Spain for more than 10 years so it was easy to find a good tiler, plumber, etc. when I needed them. Not quite the same for me in the UK **yawn**.

I found this forum some days ago. I am interested in construction and this forum can be useful to have an idea of how things work here so I'll be around reading and learning.

Oh! I am also refurbishing my bathroom and am going to place an advert.

Lots of very experienced chaps on here, so you've come to the right place.
Where were you based in Spain, i had 6 weeks in Moraira working on a villa, had such a good time out there!!!

I'm from Zaragoza although I was working in other places for a while.
I have never been to Moraira. I go to the beach from time to time (Valencia, Gerona or Mallorca) but prefer the mountains
