Original tiles in my bathroom (half tiled walls) have no finishing edging on the top sharp edge which is not a good look, can I retro fit some sort of finishing strip on this top edge?

if there's a gap behind the tiles at the top you may be able to slide a quadrant corner/finishing bead down the back or if not you can get a chrome trim (genesis are one supplier that do them) around 10mm by 8mm which just sit on the top. here's a pic of some, the top 2 rows of chrome above the bath
