Can anyone offer advise on best primer and adhesive for floor tiling concrete floor (it had lino on previousley). I've been using WEBER gear on other jobs (set spf, pr360/ad250 etc), but wondered what you guys think?

Hi chalkyo welcome to the furom I personally use the same primer as what ever the adhesive I'm using as they usually Only recommend there own but weber is a very good make so it's good stuff

Thanks for the welcome and info. How do you guys find the Sigma range? I've just bought the 60bm and am wondering if it's me, but it seems a fraction of perfect centre?:yikes:

Eh, if it is cutting off centre then adjust it, its only a locknut and bolt.

Welcome to the forum! Agree with the gents above, Weber is good gear. I haven't used a Sigma, I use a monti but from what I can work out they are very very good cutters. If its out of line then I would assume that it would be easily fixable

Yeh, (eh) it is easily adjustable, also with side lock, but wouldn't u expect a quality cutter to be straight when it's set in the 0 deg drop nut mode?? I presume you havn't had the Sigma pleasure yet?

Allo neale, thanks for the welcome. Love the cutter, had 2 monti pumas b4, no comparison to Sigma. Just can't figure out why. the 0 deg lock isn't accurate enough? Guess i'll just ave to make the ness adjustments. Take care

Id go with Weber mate, my addy of choice at the mo, PR360 and Rapid SPF.

Suprised with the Sigma being out, id contact the supplier mate and get a replacement a lot of dosh spent to be going fixing it yourself!
