Thought it was about time that I actually said hi on the site. I am living in France and find that the availability of DIY materials is not nearly as widespread as the UK. Sites such as this one are invaluable for information and ideas. I am tiling a shower room at the moment and about to use some plastic edging strip. Never used it before and I am a bit worried that the strip will come loose when I have completed the job. Ah well, here goes.:smilewinkgrin:

Do you mean plastic tile trim? Just make sure that you bed it in plenty of adhesive and dont move it or try to ulter it while the adhesive is drying, then be sure to grout in the joint between the tile and the trim and you should have no problems at all.

Welcome to the forum. I dont think you will have any problem with the trim coming loose. Just be sure that the strip is bedded in to the tile adhesive behind the tile.
