Hi,ive just spent the last year tiling in Spain and now returned to the uk. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a course in the Bristol area that was good. I have done a few jobs whilst back here but feel i need training in certain areas. Also how do you guys price a job,is it by sq mtr or do you use that as a rough guide? Many thanks,Ben.

hello mate and welcome to the forum u will find many people will normally have a minimum sq mtr price then adding on SENSIBLY for things like borders,reveals, and anything else that slows the process down

myself £25 minimum a sq metre no matter what it is and the obvious u don't get out of bed for less than £100 if u r not as busy just use as a guide say some onewants kitchen tiling and it was 3sq mtr obve work top up to draws i would charge £220 minimum but if work was slow mite drop it to £200 inclusive of grout and adhesive. even though this is more than £25 sq mtr remember u already been out once to quote and then to get materials then to job so all add up hope this helps
