How can I drill holes on glass mosaic - kitchen back splash?

[h=1]I'm a diy lover and I've been getting lots of work done myself, or with some help from pro's every now and then. I've just gone through some renovation at home and one of the last steps was laying my glass mosaic back splash. Now I would like to make holes on it for some hooks I have. I've tried widia drills without success. I know it's probably not an easy task... However, any tips would be very welcome![/h]

through the grout lines...small drill bit...yellow plugs small screws?

cant say I have ever had to drill through glass mosaics though!
