How far do you travel?

Phil when you mentioned age I immeadiately related to this thread!
We have been working up on Hadrians Wall and for me its an hour and 20mins of pure pleasure to drive. Rolling hills, countryside and even snow to contend with!
Like yourself we are away very early each day - usually 9/9.30 and back late 4/4.30 so it makes a long day.
Still I've got Monday off to collect my pension and then the B&Q discount afternoon on Wednesday - I don't know how I fit it all in:lol:

i travel to all my jobs and stay in diggs, it;s part of tiling for me ,traveling to scotland can be a long one for me then i leave the van and tools up there and fly home!!!and fly back on weekends:hurray:

Done that when doing fitness first in Dundee and a project on the Isle of man, leave the van and fly home, cheap as chips.

Phil i look at two ways how many guys how much work am i losing when they are on the road against what the digs and food cost if they are on the road more than an hour it costs me money so they go into digs 😛ete
