no once the tools are there i travel on a tube drop them off on the first day as they are normaly about 800 mts Alan it aint so bad the last few were small ones romford and Ealing

Yes mate, I remember them, I was referring to other jobs in the city, think you have it all dropped off but nope, always something lol, I've seen us on the tube with toets, carriers and levels 😳

I regularly drive for 6 hours a day maybe home to Newcastle and back or perhaps even home to Glasgow and stop over . Currently driving about 50,000 miles a year but the difference is that I usually only do 2 or 3 meetings during those days so don't have to put in a full days manual work on top of the driving.

thats the whole thing with this travelling ajax

a drivers shift is about 7hrs and thats the days work

we do the same and have to do a full shift as well

its too much for me now and I wont do it
 
Thanks for all replies, I have just got home. Left at 6.15am. Knackered dosn't cover it, but I had to measure two jobs on the way home. So early night, if i'm really good I get to do it all again tomorrow:thumbsdown: But on the up side we are off on a cruise 3rd May, so get to chill then:hurray:
