I am splendid thank you Dave. nice to hear other people are having lovely weekends. i have spent all of this weekend with a Bride to Be as we've finally started her hunt for a wedding dress it's been hard going. I've seen loads of lovely dresses but it's not about what I like now, it's about what the Bride likes.

not dodgy, I just think I'm looking at dresses cos I like them and I have to remember that it's not me getting married this time :smilewinkgrin: we had narrowed it down to a couple yesterday but she's thought about it over night and decided that she doesn't like any of the possibilities from yesterday. it's gonna be a long process :cool2:

Laura's sister is getting married in 2012 and already she has the venue booked, dress in mind, colour schemes thought of, table dressings ordered. Far far too organised IMO.

this one is going to be abroad in 2012, but she can't set the date until the winter brochures for 2012 come out this december. as soon as she can see the brochures she can set the date, the venue, and have a better idea of colour schemes because she will be able to start picking a suitable dress. but i did achieve something yesterday. my friend was actually convinced about having a proper wedding dress. she was originally just going to have a simple grecian style dress (beach wedding, I can see her point) but she realised that they just don't suit her. i'd been telling her to try other styles of dresses for weeks but she didn't believe me :lol:
