How long after grouting should you wait to use a new shower

Finished my en-suite on Xmas Eve, (must try to download pics), how long does everyone recommend before using, I normally say 2 weeks but now it's my own, I'm dying to use it. Any input?

Its recommended 14 days but I suspect they jump in when I'm at the bottom of the lane!

A few weeks ago on a Thursday I had finished tiling a shower room and was busy clearing my tools away. I told the customer I would be back on the Sat morning to grout and they asked me if it would be okay to use the shower the next day, ie, before grouting!
I always say 2 weeks after grouting but I doubt if anyone leaves it this long.

i can remember, finishing an outdoor pool,i was grouting the floor up the slope and out ,the peeps i was working for were so interested in getting there stage payment that by the time i was halfway up the slope they had the hose in filling, so the water was chasing me out of the pool, how mad is that!!!:lol: good job it was a red hot day!!!

But I've seen major contractors do the exact same thing on massive leisure centres before - scary:yikes:

Finally downloaded photo editor and created albums. Here are some pics of ensuite with sunken bath, waterfall bath/basin fillers, walk in wet-area, 600x300 rectified brick-bond porc with wallwashers (brave?)
