How much?

40m.sq Kitchen / Diner running into utility room in 600 x 600 porcs.

Kitchen will be in situ so will be a bit fiddly, theres a couple of odd angles and 4 recesses into doorways. Subfloor will be slc on a sand/cement with ufh.

What would you be charging all in with mats and assuming that tiles will probably need sealing? Cheers Chris

Approx £1800 for everything assuming the screeded floor was already done

I had a similar job to quote recently. I quoted £30 / sqm and the idiot customer went for the donkey that quoted £21 / sqm.

There's no telling what the customer will be quoted in today's market.

Quote what you will be happy to do the job for, otherwise you will not enjoy doing it.
