how should you pick a tiler

i am not blinkered as i know if some one has done 6 weeks in a in house school they will have some degree of knowledge but it would be limited, they need practice and time we all know that,
i would open my arms to anybody that shows me how to make my tiling life easier , and listen to anyone that has a good idea and makes sence,new or old it dont matter to me,
