How to clean travertine floor cleaning and grout

Well, last year I just hosed off the travertine floor and resealed and put some grout in the cracks. All looked great.

This year, blimming disaster. The grout is discoloured.

I need to clean it using another method and wondered if anyone could suggest what equipment I should hire and also soap. I wish I could buy something like this: http://www.oreck.com/orbiter-multi-purpose-floor-machine/57.html

Any advice would be appreciated..

Get yourself a good stone cleaner from a good tile shop and follow the instructions and a wet vac to remove the dirty cleaning water. Make sure its clean enough and completely dry before re sealing it.

Yes, tried a stone cleaner from a specialist tile shop and it was crap, did not do anything. Any recommendations? x
