How to remove a single 6" tile without damaging the ones around it?

That's it really!

I just have a few tiles to replace since a new heated towel rail was installed that was a slightly different size from the previous one. So some of the holes from the previous towel rail are showing and it doesn't look nice!

Rake the grout out around the tile, grout rake or stanley knife, take a hammer and tap / hit the tile starting in the centre until the tile splits into pieces, pop the pieces out with a toll of your choice, watch out, the pieces will be like razors, remove old adhesive from the wall and refix then grout, job done.
