Ali I'm with you. I didn't think dry cutting trav was possible, turns out it is if you own a rubi tx, not the cleanest cut in the world but, much better than I expected

I'm doing a trav floor at the mo. Might have to give the TX a go. Will certainly speed up the outer floor cuts.

It's a strange one, Sigma's have been doing it for years. :drool5:

Have cut travertine, quartz, granite and marble on a Sigma before. Works OK on an inside cut.

I've never tried it. I've done granite on my old TR600. i guess i just made the presumption that being travertine is full of holes, filled with resin that it wouldn't snap cleanly.


Having said that i suppose the quality of the travertine would be a big factor.
