Fred

I'm depressed! The first time in over 16 years I've had an accident. I went to my local shop, my wife jumped out, I waited in the van, and she returned.

I reversed, AND........stop stop mate, I heard, a biked parked in my blind spot and I went right into him.DOH....!!!!

Luckly, he was not hurt, but I wrecked his stand and the bike has no central stand! He was good as gold and will get it repaied tomorrow by a bloke he uses.

But I'm so low, as I've been so good over the years with other vehicles. I helped him push his bike around the corner to where he lives as a cencer on the stand would not let him start the bike, apparantly the censer will not let the engine start if the stand is down, thats where it got broke off!

I've put my hands up to it and will pay. But I feel like , well low!

Fred, it happens, no one hurt so head up.

A month or so ago I was driving me tractor on my lane. Drove smack into my speedy postman on my laneway. Blind corner! Anyhows damaged van but everyone OK. Next thing solicitors letter, personal injuries claim from my firendly postman:mad2:. I wont go into too much detail as he does a bit of tiling at nights and might read this. needless to say i wond be giving him any more advice!!
