I really enjoy it, wish i had started years ago...but at 45 i can still give some of the younger ones a run for their money!!

Congratulations! Always wanted to get back into some martial art but am far too busy these days. My Mrs keeps teling me make time for things like that but I enjoy what I do do more. 45 eh, not bloody bad matey.

What's the next colour and when will you be getting that?

Next one is green, takes several months between belts. The high the grade the longer they take to get. My lessons are 8pm-9pm plus im going to start a few lessons with one of the black belt kickboxers. I have been doing it for 16 months now, and it really helped with my flexibility...And i wish i had started years ago.
